Barn Owl Cottage

Barn Owl Cottage was originally a working cart house but has since been lovingly renovated into a spacious, fully equipped and superbly appointed holiday cottage for you to enjoy.

The cottage is full of original character with its tall roof, exposed brickwork and original beams and woodwork. There is also an old traditional cart’s wheel adorning one wall which represents the cottage’s previous life. To take advantage of the height, there is a beautiful mezzanine floor, featuring skylights, which houses the homely double bedroom and its en-suite bathroom.

Downstairs, the roomy living area is accessed directly via the front door, it features a large glass window which looks out over the private walled patio area with outside dining. There is also a cosy fire, comfy sofas, a Smart TV, offering Freeview, and a DVD player mounted on the wall, as well as a library of books and dvd’s. Also downstairs is a fitted country style kitchen/dining area with all the accessories and utensils you will need for your stay. The second bedroom, with twin beds, is also situated on the ground floor and is accessed via the living area. There is also an additional shower room and wc.
